Mechanics

1. Promotion starts on December 8, 2020. Stamps may be collected starting December 8, 2020 until February 28, 2021 (“Promo Period”).

2. A customer can avail of the paper promo card upon availment of massage service at Urban Refuge Spa. 

3. A customer must accumulate a total of seven (7) sessions to redeem one (1) free combination massage.  

4. Customer may avail of a Free Ventosa on the 4th visit upon booking a massage service

5. One (1) stamp is awarded for any in-spa massage service.

6. Stamps will be awarded with the receipt of the date and point of purchase only.  A no promo card, no sticker, no extension policy will be strictly implemented.  No stamps will be released to the customer once the transaction has passed. 

7. Combination of promo cards to redeem a massage is not allowed

8. Once stamps are completed, the customer must surrender the Promo card to redeem the reward. 

9. Tampering with and/or transferring of stamps to obtain the required number of stamps will render promo card null and void

10. Promo cards with visible damages will be accepted as long as security features are still intact
